OUR HISTORY
CareCo HomeCare began in 2004 as CareCo Shoreline. It formed in response to a need for quality and compassionate home care in the southeastern region of Connecticut. Since that time, the company has grown in size and reputation. In 2018, CareCo Shoreline embarked on a company-wide restructuring and rebranding effort. The company emerged from that effort with a new name and a reaffirmed commitment to providing exceptional home care to residents throughout Connecticut.

HELGA PFANNER
Chief Executive Officer
Helga Pfanner is a passionate advocate for seniors and people with disabilities. In addition to her role as Executive Director of the CareCo Foundation, Ms. Pfanner is CEO of CareCo HomeHealth and CEO of CareCo HomeCare, companies Ms. Pfanner created to support individuals with health or mobility challenges who want to remain in their homes, healthy and happy.
BRITTANY YORK
Manager
Brittany York is the Office Manager for CareCo HomeCare and as such is responsible for all day-to-day operations of that organization. Wholly committed to the CareCo family of programs, Ms. York also acts as the Services Coordinator for the CareCo Foundation and helps connect those who could benefit from the Foundation’s offerings with the appropriate program or service.
