SCOPE OF OUR PROGRAM
We provide adult day services for functionally impaired adults who require assistance and some supervision to safely remain independent in the community. Participants attend on a scheduled basis and are provided with structured social and recreational activities, personal are, breakfast, lunch and snacks.
HEALTH MONITORING
We offer Medical Care and Health Monitoring from a Licenses Registered Nurse on the premises.
OUR ACTIVITES
Social Activities that provide opportunities for social interaction and friendship formation. These include games that are designed to promote interaction and participate, group activities and community day trips (Ocean Beach, Public Library, Harkness Park, etc.).

Therapeutic Activities such as arts and craft projects, memory games, gardening, musical entertainment, pet therapy, and much more!

Exercise Program designed by a Licensed Physical Therapist for those participants whose Primary Physician have authorized for their participation.

PRICING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

$75.00 per day (transportation included)

$40.00 1/2 day (not eligible for transportation)

$350.00 per week (Monday-Friday)

We are currently accepting Private Pay clients, but will soon be offering payment options through the DSS Medicaid Waiver Program.​

We require that all participants have a standing schedule with us. We understand changes may need to be made. If this is the case, we kindly ask for a 2 week notice.
