PROGRAMS AND SERVICES
CareCo HomeCare offers a wide range of non-medical services designed to help you remain in the comfort of your own home.
All services begin with an individualized Care Plan. We will work with you to develop this plan after a careful in-home interview and assessment to determine your specific needs and preferences. The Care Plan will detail the specific services you will receive, when and how often those services will be delivered, what the services will cost, and when services will cease.

Our friendly and compassionate Caregivers are available to assist in everything from personal care to household chores.
Our services are available on an hourly or live-in basis.

We also offer adult day services at our Waterford location.
HOURLY CARE
Hourly care provides clients with services on a daily hourly basis. Depending on the client’s needs, this care can be delivered over the course of a few hours every week or a few hours each day of the week. Caregivers that provide hourly services are required to perform their duties continuously while they are on working premises.
LIVE-IN CARE
Live-in care provides clients with a Caregiver who stays on-site and accessible overnight. The most common type of live-in care involves a five day period of care with respite services on the weekends. Seven-day care is also available. Live-in Caregivers have authorized and scheduled breaks throughout the day, but they are always available for emergencies. All breaks are specified in the client’s care plan
ADULT DAY SERVICES
Adult day services are offered to functionally impaired adults who require assistance and some supervision to safely remain independent in the community. Participants will be able to attend on a scheduled basis and are provided with structured social and recreational activities, personal care, breakfast, lunch and snacks.
